[Draft] Ship it

Since December 2025 (Opus 4.6) things related to digital products have CHANGED.

Code is Cheap. Show me the talk.

Claude 4.6, Codex 5.3, 5.3-fast, GLM-5… every week brings a new model.

Input matters more than ever.

Figma admits that code is the source of truth.

Nothing / Essential Apps goes into hyper personalization of widgets. (prompt to create own widget)

Everything has a terminal interface, or at least ASCII art.

Clawbot OpenClaw is the new mainstream hype since Chat GPT. (this shows how bad are Siri/Google Assistant, and how much they left on the table)

Its creator is doing over 1800 commits daily, even CEOs of the biggest companies are shipping more than ever.

This has been a crazy year month.

It is not a single change, everything is moving.

  • It feels awesome to be building

  • I’ve put more projects into production in the past month than past 2 years

  • (mostly) I don’t read the code

  • I have never in my life had so many local git repositories

    • and so many well described commits
  • I can show, not describe an idea

  • I haven't use IDE for coding for the past… ~5 months

This is not a tipping point, we’re past it.

If you've tried it and you're a builder… there's no going back. and you know it.

If you haven't tried it and you're not a builder… there won't be any going back. and you don't know it yet.

My bets:

  • Code will be source of truth (already is)…

  • but Design Systems will matter more than ever.

  • Product, Design will work more than ever with code, but not the way we assumed a few years ago.

  • The line between areas of expertise is blurring. There is no line.

  • Some SaaS will have a hard time, build vs buy.

  • Handwritten code will become a niche thing, like a hobby (→ pottery).

  • No intermediate steps in building digital products (IDE who?).

  • A fast feedback loop is… (and always had been) a must-have.

Stay true to your gut, your opinion matters now more than ever on what we're building shipping.
